Ontario’s Southwest, the regional Tourism Organization for Southwest Ontario recently teamed up with local tourism offices to work with Kevin Callan aka The Happy Camper. Kevin paddled over 320 km of the Thames River from Oxford County to Chatham Kent on an 8 day trip.

The purpose of these series is to create awareness about how great paddling the Thames River can be. Kevin will then be taking this footage and developing a documentary that he will use on his speaking tour next year. Ontario’s Southwest also is in the process of developing a more polished short video to promote paddling the Thames moving forward.
