In accordance with our member municipalities, the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority has lifted the Fire Ban for all LTVCA conservation areas in Chatham-Kent, Elgin, and Middlesex Counties, including C.M. Wilson Conservation Area in Chatham-Kent, E.M. Warwick Conservation Area in West Elgin, Big Bend Conservation Area in Southwest Middlesex, and Longwoods Road Conservation Area in Strathroy-Caradoc.  The ban was issued by surrounding municipalities over the last week, and were lifted early this week.

Rain over the past few days has changed conditions, improved air quality and allowed for the fire ban to be lifted.  We thank all of our patrons for their patience and understanding during this ban.
