Join us for a Longwoods ‘Spring Tidy’
Grab your gardening gloves and a rake, and head out to Longwoods Road Conservation Area to help us tidy up the grounds around Ska-Nah-Doht Village and Museum, and the Heritage Log Cabins!
How are you with sweeping and windows? Maybe you can help prepare the Heritage Log Cabins for field trip season! (We will have latex free gloves and masks available for those helping with this job.)
Or perhaps you’re looking for something a little more leisurely? Grab a bag and gloves from registration to take with you on a hike so you can pick up any litter at the edges of the trails, or in open spaces, along your way.
Are you a secondary school student looking for volunteer hours? Bring along your sign-off sheet and add a couple of hours to your total!
Lending a hand? Don’t worry about paying the conservation area parking fee! We will have a parking pass for you. Check in with us at the Heritage Log Cabins to collect your parking pass, sign-in, and grab some supplies.
Contact [email protected] for more information or to register!
Longwoods Road Conservation Area and Ska-Nah-Doht Village are located at 8348 Longwoods Road, Mount Brydges, ON
