2nd Annual Teachers Open House - November 17th - Click here for the flyer Year round conservation education programs are available at Longwoods Road, C. M. Wilson and Sharon Creek Conservation Areas. (see watershed map). In-class programs are also available. Programs are linked to the Ontario curriculum. They educate youth about conservation practices and the importance of wise management of watershed renewable resources so that as adults, they are good stewards of the land. Programs are available for elementary and high school students as well as for groups such as Boy Scouts and Girl Guides (download fliers here). The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Foundation helps to support our Conservation Education Programs. Special events for the public are held throughout the year with proceeds also helping conservation. Watch for media releases! Check out our newsletter for activities and program updates.
